• Possess a valid PAN card and Aadhaar card.
• Have a valid bank account in your name in India.

Sanchay Karo provides a technology platform to:

• Facilitate subscription and redemption of Mutual Fund units.
• Provide investment recommendations based on algorithmic analysis.
• Track investment portfolios.

We act as a distributor of mutual funds and not as an Asset Management Company (AMC). All financial transactions are processed directly by the respective AMCs.

4. Investment Risks

Investment in Mutual Funds is subject to market risks. You are requested to read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing. Past performance of any scheme is not indicative of future returns. Sanchay Karo does not guarantee any returns on investments made through the platform.

5. User Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Sanchay Karo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and data on this Platform are the property of Sanchay Karo or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sanchay Karo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The use or inability to use the Platform.
• Any investment losses incurred.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.
